TERMS: All Solos Endoscopy, Inc. policies stated herein shall be governed and executed under the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA. Claims for freight damage should be submitted to carriers immediately. Claims for shortages or defective material must be submitted to Solos Endoscopy, Inc. within 10 days of receipt of order. Net 30 days, F.O.B. Shipping Point. Freight: Prepaid and added to invoice.  Returns: All returns are subject to a restocking charge.
